Hey, sorry if these have been answered before.
Servers
It seems that there are only a couple available? Are there any available now? I have none on my list but from reading other threads we need to add them ourselves. Is there a list?

Single player mode
Is there one?

The server list is broken.  You'll have to add the servers to your favorites.  SP isn't available yet.

Mangley:
We're expecting the server lists to be fixed *again* soon. Unfortunately Valve likes to break the master server with updates that screw us over. So this is a temporary issue.
