Required entities for a GE:S Map

Hello!
I know there's a list of this somewhere, But I looked for it and I unfortunately didn't find it, So just a quick question.
What are all the key entities for a GE:S map and how many should I put? (Player spawns, Weapon spawns, Token spawners, Etc.)
