I felt the exact same way. I found this a bit funny, In a interview with Daniel Craig he said "and this was before the release of quantum of solace BTW" that they had a great script. After the movie release there was another interview with Daniel Craig "which he said that they had like half a script and he and the director had to come up with the 2nd half of the movie, hence why it was terrible.

The only good thing about the film was Ms. Kurylenko; besides that, I found Quantum of Solace to be rather lacklustre, though Casino Royale was very good, in my opinion. but then again, it was directed by the same guy who directed GoldenEye... I'll wait and see what they'll make of Skyfall. I hope it turns out to be a good film because I wouldn't want to see the franchise sinking into putrescence.

After reading the plot, My hopes has gone up for the next movie, Let's hope they do not disappoint us with this one. I loved Casino Royale but I thought Quantum of Solace was just terrible, The only thing I said when I saw the credits roll at the end was "Uh... What was that?".
Let's hope they don't kill the series.

Die Another Day vs Qantum of Solace..

i cant believe that 63% of votes went to QOS- it was worse than Die Another Day (which was pretty much a faliure itself- the only good things were the PTS, Brosnan as Bond, Judi Dench and Rosmaund Pike getting her kit off and Zao)
