Invalid Steam Userid ticket.

Get this whenever I try to connect to a server.The steam support is not applicable, as GE:S is the only game it happens for (TF2 and Eternal Silence work fine) and I have tried the solutions. Been going on for months and never bothered to ask.

Delete the config folder from C://Program Files(x86)/Steam and launch Steam again.
