The Facebook header has the following dimensions:

850px wide and 315px height

Loving the above picture, but that won't fit.

Bond looks like a hunchback coz he didnt redo the scene only squashed the jpg widening the scale.

You need to redo it and not change scale afterwards. Make a 850px wide and 315px height "new" provided you have PS or similar and then slide the jpg from steam into it and move it around til happy --> save 100% quality.
