Actually a printer's power supply, but same idea.
Moar horrors here. (Article was the first thing to mind when I saw the thread title.)

when I upgraded my PC I was amazed that it was pretty clean. But then I blew out the radiator....3 minutes with a shop air compressor and crap was still coming out.

Guess two high cfm 140mm fan had blew all dust just straight into it.
