I don´t think so. if you want to add a watch laser, you just have to reduce the power of the laser, thats it. a moonraker laser´s little brother. could be  a second slapper, but just better looking. and the tazer boy could be a perfect mine detector. in order to break one´s way trough a sea of remote and proximity mines, turn on the tazer boy. it could have a special range that let all the mines explode. so you´re running around the map, the tazer boy is beeping and you can´t do anything else than detecting mines. its risky, its unhealthy, its great fun

I say you could add it, But not in normal weapon sets to prevent that kind of accident with washing machines. You could make a weapon set with laser weapons only, Including the taserboy, Or taserboys only and watch lasers only.

Include it in the mod, just exclude it from the official weaponsets and make it something server owners have to setup.

i agree aswell...tone down the power and range of the watch laser perhaps giving the same damage as The Klobb but for when you are out of ammo and dont want to use the fists than its the perfect subsitute

the taserboy can be used as an item during a game mode like it could be used to detect mines or even use it to wirelessly hack other objects- sure its a taser but it could be a Q Device aswell...a bit like the phone from Tommorow Never Dies- being a remote control for a car and a taser to Kill Dr. Kaufman

Yeah, but that's straying away from the GoldenEye feel.  I would rather have the weapon included, but only available under special circumstances like it was originally.
