looked on youtube...he's alright (reminds me of Matt Smith) but i have the feeling that he isnt appropriate to play as "Q" and he is 12 years younger than Craig still ill give him a chance

This might not be such a bad thing. It's a natural inclination to have an older man play Q because that's what we're used to, but  younger people tend to be more on the cutting edge of technology than older ones. I think it makes sense. Here's hoping he can act.

God damn it, NO NO NO ARGHHHHHH......This is a horrible idea.

It's like when they replaced the first two M's, about whom there was some debate whether or not they were intended to be the same person, with Judi Dench, creating a clean break with the old. You can't just continue pretending a character like that is the same person when the actor changes, especially when the Bond actor changes every 5-7 films. Besides, no one could ever replace Desmond. Best to bring in a new character with the title of Q.
