Go for Nvidia, ATI lately has been... Bad.
A 560Ti is great indeed for its price, Its still topping benchmarks too.

CPU Zalman is fine, but if you want cheaper check out the Cooler Master 212. I sell a ton of them and never get any complaints.

you know, wtf is wrong with both of these companies and their fucking drivers man. Im pissed that nvidia drivers from version 260.85 to 285.58, it still crashes occasionally. Tons of people are having issues. It looks like its only happening to 8800gt and 9800gt users.
killermonkey, do you witness any problems with nvidia drivers?

No cause I upgraded my card. If you are still rocking an 8800 it might be time to think about upgrading.
Companies don't, and shouldn't have to, support 100% of their products for eternity.
