What he said. It's the decision of the server owner oder server admin to ban you from their server.
Besides, just out of curiousity, to what values did you change which rates? Did you bind aliases as well?

That part might be something to look into though.

I'd like to know which server this is happening to you on?  The [-QA-] server has this plugin installed and I have seen people get kicked or banned for hard flooding.

Troy:
The Forlix FloodCheck plugin has been removed from the [-QA-] server.  Players will no longer be kicked or banned for hard flooding.

Did you unban those that were?

Troy:
The auto bans were only for two days so they will be cleared.  Sorry to those who were banned that were not purposely flooding the server.
