another suggestion i thought of

blood in goldeneye wasnt like hl2 i remember you got a lil blood in the spot you got shot at and you got blood in a random spot on your body when you died

It's because the Devs haven't implemented custom, GE64-like blood into the game yet.

Xanatos:
i think the ge64 blood on players is one of those things that don't necessarily need to be replicated for GE:S as we are with the times now :P
