Except not as good by a long shot.

It's a shame she died. I find it perplexing how people so privileged and wealthy can be so self indulgent and caught up in drugs and throw their lives away over it when they're a lot better off than most people.

major:
She got famous for being a addict though. She was a good performer, but when your greatest hit is about you not wanting to go to rehab, I don't think the next step in her life was a Nobel Prize. There was only two ways her story would be told. Either her over coming her troubles and getting back on track, or this out come.

killermonkey:
I was upset when Chris Farley died of an overdose. Amy Winehouse, not so much.

JcFerggy:
They tried to make her go to rehab, but she said No No No.

Also Janis L. Joplin and James Douglas Morrison (The Doors) both died at age 27, And all of them died of a Heroin overdose. (Actually, No one is 100% sure about Jim's death, But I can bet that it was due to heroin.)
Man, Some people can sure screw their life up just for a moment of fame...
