Server won't work properly.

Hello, So I used to run a server perfectly fine, I don't know what happened but I've reinstalled the ge:source server over and over but the problem still persists. What is is when I run my .bat file to run the server it opens the usual dos screen but after it loads deathmatch and tries to switch to ltk like I have in my server config it just loops out, I can't tell what it says but it either cant run ltk and it just keeps retrying I don't know. Anyone know what is happening? If there's more info you need just tell me how to get it to help me solve this problem.

Edit: Okay I found out Ctrl + s pauses it so I can read what it is saying and this is what it shows.

then it says it loads ltk from disk and loops out trying to load every other gamemode...

If you don't use the config to set the gameplay does it still "loop out"?

I have done that but it still does it. Here I have made a video of it, might still be processing depending how fast you read this.
