Meanwhile a terrorist bluffed that there was a nuclear bomb to try and deter action against Osama.

Iran can't even produce nuclear weapons because of the Stuxnet program. So fat chance of Al Qaeda getting any from the Arab world. Plus if Al Qaeda had a nuclear bomb they'd use it immediately instead of risking its discovery.
