Another signature sound effect

Hi guys!

Apart from the famous 'sonar' sound, made famous by Eric Serra, there's another signature effect known from the GoldenEye soundtrack which I've dreamt to recreate in a long while.

Finally after many hours of study along with painstaking and tidious work, I was finally able to come close.

I'm pretty convinced this could come in handy somewhen in the nearer future ;)
