I've been showing my friends for a looooong time (since about summer/fall of 2007). Now, I've gotten quite a few people to get the game. I don't know if any of you remember the TLP servers from the initial beta 3 release. I mainly just tell people via word of mouth and by other forums that I am a part of, as well as booting up the game on my laptop to show friends when we're hanging out.

It is always nice to hop into an empty server and see it get populated pretty quick within a round or two.

The HL2 DM you need isn't free, don't fool people. You need the paid version of a HL2 game, free wont work. But good job spreading the word.

it worked for me /
b4 i bought hl2 i just used that free version of deathmatch for about 3 months , haha
unless theyve fixed that now, thought it would still work

Just a friendly reminder, twinky; try not to double post. The edit button works just as great.

I've also been tossing "GoldenEye: Source" up on facebook whenever I play. Don't get too many replies about it, but it's still getting the word around. Word of mouth's the easiest and often the fastest way to spread the word like that.

I'm going to PAX East next month, and being a GE:S devotee for a year now, I will do my best to spread the good word. I'm thinking of getting 500 custom business cards printed up if I can manage a good design. Input on these cards from the mod staff would be nice.

Limited time? I got this offer when I got an 2600HD 3 years ago. I'm pretty sure in ten years, This offer will still be available.

Yea well I figure a video game expo which draws 60,000+ people would be a good place to advertise the game lol. I'll post my first working card template soon.

Is what I have so far. Could I have some feedback please? Especially from Wake, since she appears to be the PR person for the mod. Anything I should add, or remove? Change of colors? All feedback is welcome.
