Goldeneye source Xbox 360?

Ok so iv seen what can be done with you guys and half life 2 but i noticed the other day on xbox 360 half life 2 is there for download and is still made by valve...ect and i guess what im woundering is if it could be possible to create a conversion for xbox 360 and if it was there i would be 99.9% sure that it would be a big hit. so please do not mark as spam or anything im asking politely if there is anyway that it could be possible or if im on my own to try and fulfill that dream.

P.S. please do not lock this because i would like suggestions from all. :)

The tools in the SDK are hidden/locked.
