couple weird things with dedicated server

My server runs fine, but I get a couple of error messages... just wondering if thats normal.

One is "couldnt exec skill_manifest.cfg"

Skill_Manifest is for regular HL2 dedicated servers iirc, so this oneseems to not affect gameplay...

I get another one, 'import site' failed: use -v for traceback

-v doesnt give me anything. Is this one also safe to ignore?

Haha. Thanks. I am almost ready to open my server to the public, just need some finishing touches. Currently the server is live, but password protected. I've been hosting a few matches with friends to iron out the configuration.
