Ever played EvE Online? I used to play that a whole lot under the name xHalcyonx; I knew someone by the name Enzo in one of the corps I was in.

I'm having the same issue, the re-downloading and re-installing didn't help, I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate, and I wasn't running an AV during installation.
