[BUG] Screen Resize Bug

M249-M4A1:
This happens when you change your resolution MID-GAME (I changed mine from 1024x768 -> 1920 x 1080)

The death screen overlay is still in the old resolution. The black "Press Start" overlay is only fixed when you reconnect and all materials are reloaded.

Not a big problem, but I figure I'd bring it up anyway.

AND... that Moonraker Laser LOOKS AMAZING. :o

This shouldn't be to hard to fix, just need to resize the black overlay dynamically.
