Lee, I can't do anything with .log files I need .mdmp files for crashes. They would be located in the orangebox folder.

If you are running linux, there is not much I can do for you.

All crashes were in kernel32.dll (aka windows) and therefore not GES crashes. The last one was in vphysics.dll which is Valve's code.

Okay, it's fine when no one is in the server, but when people join and it gets busy it crashes...

I have no idea, this is not a GES problem, it is 100% your computer / windows / srcds / anything

Remove ALL plugins for your server and any addons you have. I would go so far as to reinstall srcds from scratch.
