I had the sudden urge to post a comment on the video ala "Try adding -novid to the command line parameters and then moving out of your mother's attic" but then realized the video was from Feb 2010 :'(

That made me LOL simple fix i'm sure. He most likely doesn't have his Eyefinity setup correctly ><

When this happens directly after hitting the mouse button during intro, it's pretty obvious the answer is to reload without pressing the mouse button to skip the intro, or even better... try pressing "Escape".
