I love star wars, but I also see how the prequels are odd in many ways, and why fanboys raged. Me myself, am not as into the deep character driven parts of star wars. IMHO the music enhances EVERY good aspect of star wars, and saves almost all the crappy ones except when the camel alien thing farts in Phantom...no music to save it = fail motion picture moment.

Epic star wars review done in a satiric/parodied but ENTIRELY spot on analysis throughout.

This part (pt. 5 of Attack of the clones) is my favourite because it rips apart the mediocre and weird ways in which anakin somehow swept queen amidala off her feet, and motifs it to real life norms in girl pleasing with a tick/cross system. Result? uber laughs.

He does phantom menace too, but has not does ROTS yet. I'm hoping he does....email him for a pizza roll

I love Star Wars but I do have one issue.

After Anakin is freed as a boy and does his part to protect Naboo by blowing up that star ship from within in the Phantom Menance why doesn't Queen Amadala offer to go back to Tatooine and pay to have Anakin's mom set free?  Anakin could have then grown up knowing his mother was safe.  He would not have turned to the dark side and this whole sage would have been different.  Seriously, Queen Amadala and the Jedi's were supposed to be so noble yet they didn't care enough to free this hero's mother.  It's the least they could have done but nooooooo.  This is an old thread so I doubt anyone will read this but whateva.

Elduderino - the saga seems to justify that such an action would be being "tampering" with things too much outside their jurisdiction. Something to that affect.

Its a fine line but I tend to agree with it in movie terms. Of course REAL logic is saying the jedi+queen forces could either buy out her slavery or just take by threat of force ; but in MOVIE terms we hear anakin say "i will free you one day" etc and the jedi are in earshot to hear that so in a way he took responsibility for the task of helping his mother. Its no one elses business from that declaration onwards. Hence my claim of tampering with things if they just gifted anakin this situation.
