Strange... I use glN64 and Goldneye works without any texture problems.

You need to be using Jabo's 3d8 1.6 likely. Follow that link which explains what you need to do to get it.

To get GoldenEye 007 (U) [!] to work:
1. You first need to download the Mupen emulator from his link. http://okaycreations.com/M64K_060.zip
2. Download Project 64 1.6, install it, and take the Project64.rdb from main directory, and put it in Mupen's main directory. http://www.pj64-emu.com/downloads/startdown/34/
3. Take Jabo_Direct3D8.dll from Project 64 1.6's plugin folder, and place it in Mupen's plugin folder.
4. In mupen select that video plugin (Jabo Direct3D8), and it will work flawlessly with kaillera's multiplayer. Make sure all players do the same steps.
Extra notes: You need to choose a rom directory for mupen to work correctly with kaillera. Go to Options, Settings, Directories, and add one with your roms. Then go to file, refresh rom list, and restart Mupen.
GE Master:
Couple additional notes. Make sure to copy your Project64.rdb over from Project 64 folder. From what I know, you need to all be running the exact same rom MD5 Checksum (check rom properties). See you online.

Here I recorded some gameplay footage of me and my friend from Norway playing. I am from the United States, and for it to play perfectly without desyncing with another PC across the globe is simply amazing. It took long enough (2007 =S), but Goldeneye is finally playable. http://youtube.com/watch?v=i1zGnM0oSQ4
Thank you for the links btw.
