Hi guys, some mounths ago I asked a way to hide the blood and KM (thank you again) gave me a *.rar file to hide it.

Now I've got another computer and I installed GE source on it, but I can't donwload the no-violence pack anymore.

Can you help me?

I'm shocked we don't have this as a setting.  We have the death blood screen as one.

It cannot be a setting because physical files must be replaced.

I guess having these files with a different name and when the trigger is activated the game only reads those files would be a bunch of unnecessary work.

Taco you bored and want to add this file and info to the wiki?

I still don't think a game is getting less violent because of removing/recoloring a few blood decals.
The result is still the same, you're (virtual) defeating human looking characters to suceed.
Missing blood will only make it appearing less explicit to ppl who watch you playing (3rd person effect).
The player won't even notice the difference after a while of playing.

That would suck if one of the guys who played this had to take the blood effects off, because their mom wouldn't let them play it with the blood lol

I always found it funny, cause in TFC I would raise the gibs to 9999.  Sniper headshot was just LMAO!

r_drawparticles 0  gets rid of the bloodspray and probably other things as well that use particles which is why its cheat protected.
