Problem Launching GES

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but I'm trying to launch the GES EXE in steam.  It says "Failed to launch 2010-02-18-GoldenEyeSource_Beta_4_full."  has anyone else had this problem does anyone know how t fix it?

...double click on the installer... not in steam.. just double click on it.

Don't forget to restart Steam after the installer has finished.
