LOL this post makes my day.

The encryption key is "G0FckY0uRS31F"

Please tell me you already tried searching the DLL for the encryption key like all the other hack-whores did with Valve games. You'll never find it.

Total ignorance about all things programming here, but what is a ctx file, why are they encrypted and why would anyone want to decrypt them?

CTX is the encrypted file format used to prevent individual servers from doing stupid things like making shotguns perfectly accurate and set Klobb's power level to over 9000.

Normally weapon info (model, accuracy, RoF, damage to each hitbox type) is stored within an easily modifiable .txt (you can see them on the dev SVN Konrad). It is possible to use .ctx encryption to keep users from viewing or modifying these files while still allowing the game to read them. I think we have them on all our weapons and official gamemodes.

He probably wants them so he can make the Klobb over 9000, but he might also want them to see our accuracy and damage values (before I was on the dev team I was super curious about these values too just for the lolz).

He could ask the weaponsmith and save some time and trouble, assuming he isn't in one of his moods.

People will complain to us about the inconsistency.  You have the ability to define your own loadouts; use that feature to select what you like rather than making things irregular.

Well I know this is suppose to be the same as the n64 game, but there are some things that don't make sense for example the auto shotgun and manual shotgun they are the same. Maybe I was going to add a faster firing rate to the auto shotgun and decrease it damage just a tad and increase the damage on the manual but lower the firing rates. Just adding advantages and disadvantage to guns.
