Right click it in the task bar, click exit. Wait a few seconds. Then start Steam again and log in.

File -> Go Offline

Wait for a minute or two.
Then launch Steam again and log in.



Either follow these steps or GTFO because you're just a troll who deserves no such attention or help.

Be nice on the guy. As far as I can tell the guy doesn't speak English well, and maybe the word "restart" is not the best word to use.

Just turn off and on Steam, or if anything shut down and turn on your computer. It should work then.

You're going to "freak out in pain and die" then (what a shame). You must have Steam and the Source SDK Base 2007 (comes with any Source-powered title) installed in order to play the mod. Nothing to get around it, so stop complaining and either play the mod or don't.

You can play goldeneye without Steam. just go to your local specialist game shop and buy a Nintendo 64 with the game.

There is a fairly large button on there with reset on it so you can reset it the user friendly way.

Not only do you get to play Goldeneye, you will instantly have all the features, including single player!

Isn't that just awesome?
