[Suggestion] [wiki]Client Setup and New User Reading

The wiki material is diffuse and, although most of it is on some page or another, it is not organized well for new users.  I have created a single new user introduction wiki page to solve this problem.  The main page is locked, so I leave it to the administrators to make use of this page I made (if they think it can be used).

This looks great, if anything it would make a fantastic replacement for the current installation instructions page. We'll see what Wake and Taco decide to do with it.
