VC's Laboratory 91221: Loadouts
« on: December 22, 2009, 01:59:23 am »

I've gotten around to getting the loadout list on spec for the new weapons.

Grenade Launchers.
Rocket Launchers. Both of these are based on the mines kits instead of the original loadouts because 007 used the Klobb/DD44/KF7 kit that really sucks against friggin' kabooms.
Lasers. Now with CMag, making this kit parallel to Sniper Rifles.
Arenas for all three of the above, for when you wanna spam while you spam.
Moonraker is now part of Silenced Weapons.
Added Precise Weapons: PP7, D5K, Cougar Magnum, AR33, Moonraker, Golden Gun, RCP90, and Golden PP7.  For when you want to aim while doing obscene amounts of damage per second.

Alterations:
Automatic Shotgun is tentatively added to the league of penetrating weapons, since it is basically handcuffed to RCP90's power level, and that little poop got penetration a few weeks ago.  I'm not certain how deep I want it, it'll be enough to punch through safety glass, catwalks, and thin doors, but not much else.

i like those load outs as well as the idea of making the auto shotgun have penetration.

that will help to also differentiate it from the regular shot gun even more.

These sound nice, though I don't get how the laser classifies as a silenced weapon. Bright blue tracers and loud noises aren't necessarily stealthy.

I was thinking that myself.
GE007's laser was quiet, so it could easily be classified under silenced, but the new one's pretty damn loud...

So we need to fix the Moonraker sound. :D

It's not stealthy weapons, just silent ones.  Ones that don't use blasting caps or explosive charges.  If it sucks it'll pop right out, but I would like to see it tested to see if the loadout is or isn't improved with its inclusion.

agreed, needs a new damn sound....like the original with a lot of treble to it or an actual zapping sound, not like a cannon as it is right now...since it ISN'T a cannon, although it owns like one..
