Trigger happy
Criteria: Deal more than X amount of damage to one foe who has picked up more than one body armor and kill him in the same life.

I don't know anything about the damage and health amounts in GES, but basically this would have be an insane amount of damage that could only be reached if your foe has picked up more than one body armor. The X amount of damage ensures that you played a large part in killing him, not just picked him off after he was weakened.

Criteria: Get 10 kills after the round has ended

Could "Tomorrow Never Dies" be a possible name for this achievement? Saying that there's always tomorrow (after the round) to get kills.

ED / Erectile Dysfunction

Criteria: After acquiring the golden gun, the individual must fail to kill anybody with it before dying, not just getting it or having it in his possession. It must be a failed attempt on all individuals with no hits at all.

Figured with all the rest of the deep through, deep penetration, double penetration, and so on that I would throw my two cents in. This one actually kind of works, in a way. Can you imagine getting this after trying to kill people with the golden gun, ultimate fail. HaHaHa

Golden Eye
Criteria: Win a round without ever missing with a shot
alternate Criteria 1: Score X headshots
alternate Criteria 2: Score a headshot with every weapon
alternate Criteria 3: Shot someone in the eye using a golden gun (requires another hitbox which doesn't do anything else than the headhitbox does but is way smaller and only used for this single achievement -.-)

This is the only one I like out of yours, both for feasability and criteria reasons. I am still trying to figure out how to make "Golden Eye" very difficult to attain.
