Setting up a server

I have a paid server i can ftp into it and put files on it how do i setup a golden eye server what i have is hl2 server from orange box hl2 deathmatch server its up 24/7 i pay for once again how do i set up a bond server on there do i upload the folder and put in -game gesource or whats the command line and how do i set it up i have a 30 slot server please help me out any one thanks.

ok i have psoted in here again hoping to find a way to do this i have not found out how to as of yet i am gona install it its like people dont want me hosting a server hmm i guess i have to figure it out i hate sitting here waiting but life is hell some times hope any one here knows how to do this.
