There are plenty of fast games.  Goldeneye is not one of them.

TF2 Scout Speed =/= GE:S Player Speed
Bullet Speed > Player Speed
GE:S =/= The Matrix


Don't mess with the player speed.

Scoot = 400.
Soldier = 240.
Heavy = 230.
Beta 3.1 = 200.
Beta 4 = 172. (Goldeneye 007 standard.)
