Then why bother fucking taking a picture in the first place? If I the customer want to smile in front of the camera I should have the fucking right to smile. What difference does it matter...

Probibly because the USA likes to spy on their citizens with the "USA Patriot Act of 2004" and the allowed use facial recognition tech... If you read up on this act, its the most corrupt piece of shit ever!

Germany is turning into a police state, too.
The Gouverment got a trojan horse to spy ppl, they are going to force the ISP's to use internet filters which will be used to block internet sites the so called BKA has on a Blacklist (there's noone who can check if these sites deserves to be blocked), there are cameras monitoring the centers of the cities, they record telephone & short messages and also some other things i forgot to mention now.
It's like every citizen is under general suspicion to be a criminal/terrorist/whatever.
