Can't get server running - srcds.exe errors

Hi, I'm trying setup a new server (not new to this so don't get jumpy). It's a windows server that already has a few other srcds instances running.

I extracted everything as prompted in the wiki.

I'm getting a long list of these errors:

--- Code: ---
Failed to load $include VMT file <materials/.....model.....>
--- End code ---

Immediately followed by an engine error dialog box (which is also printed in console) saying

--- Code: ---
Model models/props_trainstation/pole448connection001a.mdl not found and models/error.mdl couldn't be loaded
--- End code ---
Clicking OK closes the SOURCE DEDICATED SERVER console.

Any thoughts/ideas? I'm going to mess around for a bit but I have the feeling that I won't make any ground on this.

I can attach a text version of the MDMP file if you want it.
