Yes, I have installed the version 3.1, not just the patch, but the full install, and nothing happens, I cant find even one server... Thanks for repliying

are you behind a router? Also are all your search parameters unchecked...

Maybe your FW blocks the game from accessing the internet.
Try to run in game mode, if your FW supports it.
