First, let me say:
You guys have done an amazing job. The second i played this mod i thought i was a kid again.. Amazing conversion. I'm trying to convince my buddy who has a gunz server to also host this, since his server is capable of doing both, and it would be 24/7.

But, honestly, a lot of the weapons are ridiculously underpowered, to the point of it being 2-3 clips before a kill.

I understand completely some guns had to be nerfed from the original, like the Cougar and the DD44. Just some guns like the Klobb, PP7, MP5, etc should have a higher damage output. Honestly, it takes around 6 body shots to kill someone with the sniper... This is why people prefer LTK, cause the weapon balancing isn't well done IMO.

Just my two cents.

Stop spamming and aim for the head.  DD44, PP7, D5K all will kill a 100/100 player with four bullets. How much stronger should they be?

I hear people saying this so much. "The pistols are teh weak sux" and the like.

Go for headshots.

From what I've seen, headshots do about 2.0x the amount of
damage as a shot to the chest (or as VC implied, 50% damage with pistols and the D5K)

The aimer is a great tool to use for newer people because if used in the proper situations along with cover, you can easily headshot that guy AR33 spamming with a PP7. (Just like in Goldeneye on the N64) And then there's also the DD44, which absolutely destroys in mid-range combat.

Only weapons I still see as unbalanced are the Autoshotty (was fine in 3.0, but now its a fackin cannon, reminds me of the beta 1.x days) and the RCP-DeathBeam.

RC-P90 and Auto Shotgun become fixed when KM does as I said must be done, back before Beta 2. :D

This Sunday's playtest will speak for itself because our discussion and the fixes for invuln timing will be implemented for that

As for weapon damages, I can't emphasize more than these other guys, but honestly AIM. You will find yourself being placed very high on the score board once you learn to use that crosshair appropriately.

What huh? I have a problem with how overpowered the weapons are. They all seem to kill in like two hits.

They do kill quickly, but I guess that is just how they are going to be. I don't really think it is too bad. After you get used to it, you can be killing in two shots too :D

The only weapon I believe is really weak is the klobb. I can kill anybody with anything except for that gun.
