Starting to loose steam, been mapping for couple weeks straight, for 4-5 hours a day. And when your having problems with 1 area for 3 days straight you get pissed and really wanna stop working.

Have gotten really pissed and angling angles in hammer, and when I have to use Vertex manipulation for half of it, it leads to alot of problems, but I have a temp system in for the area with problems till I wanna tackle it again.

I have basically all the original Dam roughed out, and ready for texturing and props. But just the Dam would be boring and linear like keefy said, so another system is being developed.

I got about 6 things I wanna finish, then ill compile, and take some more shots.

And I really feel for ya SharpSh00tah, takes me 10-15mins to compile the full map(only on fast settings, like lighting, etc) and that's on a 3.2ghz Quadcore, don't even wanna imagine Runway on a single core, and all the versions you were uploading during testing, Props bro!

Strange takes me like 5 minutes or less to compile maps on my quad lol

Still needs Texturing, props, decals, and everything but coming along smoother now. And don't mind that whole huge block on the right side, still need to mock up something for that.

And for some reason fog wasn't wanting to work half the time, so there should be a light fog in the distance.
