New Terminator Salvation Trailer!!!EPIC!!!!

<< < (3/3)

PPK:
It seems to have some eye-candy from the special effects department, by I am a bit suspicious about the plot. Only time will tell, in fact, just as Wake said. I personally think that the T-800s are scarier than the big robot shown in the trailer, for the sole reason that they look human.

I like the fact that they have the T-600, becuase in the first Terminator movie, kyle talks about these T-600 that have the ruber masks and how the resistence spots them easily. And i like the how they show these concentration camps were the robots round up people as work slaves, I keep in mind that this isn't the first two terminator movies...This is Life after the nuclear fallout, the war with the machines. What alot of people complain about is the story in this movie, i don't see how they can do this, the movie hasn't even come out yet for them to complain about it. All they have are trailers and that isn't enough to right this movie off.

PPK:
I said I was suspicious about the plot given the impression I got from the trailer; it doesn't mean I'm saying the plot is far fetched, i.e. not at all believable giving the background set by the precedent movies. And I didn't mean the T-600; those are good. I meant the big one that smashed through the building, the one that was like 100 feet tall. I sure hope it works out, since I like the series. Hope the Terminator is really back. *that was a lame joke; go find a hole and hide there*

Your grievances? I didn't see anything wrong with it.

Heh, I still have 1 and 2 on VHS. (Among other movies)

Avoiding most of the posts as I despise spoilers.
Why must trailers spoil things?!
Aliens and one of the GoldenEye trailers are examples...

But that is off topic.

~Old-post-is-old edit (PM for cookie if found):
@Strike-through: I don't know why I said that at the time, because T3 most definitely set the bar much lower...

VC:
I got the first disk of a miniseries from Netflix.  The description on the sleeve blew the ending.  Way to go!

Roger Ebert's blown a few films, too.  And you know he does it purposefully for films he doesn't like just because he can.
