[DISPLAY BUG] All characters have Bond's arm/hand.

I looked through all the threads in both sections again and found none that mention this, so.. I think I'm going to assume this is simply something that is considered minor so you haven't put it in yet -- or it's a limitation of the engine. Apologizing in advance if it happens to be the latter.
I don't think there's any specific trigger, just pick a character that isn't Bond. No amount of round restarting, respawning, etc. will make your character have the proper meat hooks. It's particularly notable with Samedi due to his colored skin. It'll probably be pretty obvious when you start adding female characters too, as their hands are usually not so bulky.

This is something I really wanna see, but not highest on list, but would be a great feature.
But doubt anytime soon.

Hands were always white (afaik) in Goldeneye 007. That aside, it will probably be done sooner or later.
I find the current hand upsetting. It has stubby little fingers. I hold my hand to the screen and it's like Cthulhu's coming to devour it.

There is no specific limitation in the Source engine against this, its just not setup properly to make it EASY to implement.
You see Gordon's twin brother GORT didn't make it into HL2, GORT has metal shafts for arms. Valve decided that since GORT wasn't going to be in, they didn't have to make it easy to swap out the non-weapon portion of the view model...
This is on the list for B4, but no promises. We need to make the arms, firstly, then recompile every single weapon with the new arms, secondly, then actually get efficient code in place to handle all this...
