I try to Refresh all servers but no one is up , and when i refresh all the other game i can see all server like HLDM and GMOD

it is possible the Orange source SDK want to be updated ?

they must of been playing before the update and thus havnt got it yet.

Check the servers ingame, the steam server browser doesn't list anything ATM unless you got it in favorites or serverhistory.
