[BUG] match timer display for large time limits

For my listen server, I set the match timer to 300 minutes. On the join screen, it shows up as 299:59Q.

why set it so high?

There is a bug in the current release, but next release set it to zero for infinite.

I only use a listen server for testing, but when I set both timers to 0 no weapons or ammo spawned.

as i said mookie, it will be fixed in beta 3.1 as we found that out this week.
