[BUG] Icons on Radar Change, when crouching and jumping
« on: February 13, 2009, 03:09:04 am »

In archives, i was on the top floor and saw circle icons on my radar, when i crouched they turned into Traingles meaning they were downstairs, then i stopped crouching and they turned back into circles, same thing happened when i jumped....it's nothing serious just thought to address the small issue...

Heh, yeah, this one is known too.

It's fun to crouch on library_classic just to f*** with the players in the basement.

The triangles are calculated based on a set height of 124 units, which happens to be just less then a standard "level" ( ie floor1 vs floor2 )

You might notice that radar up/down fails on some of the classic maps, that is because the standard level for GE was less then 124 units, just the name of the game, haha.
