HL2:DM is free if you own a nVidia or ATI Graphics card.

For any nVidia GPU:
http://www.steampowered.com/nvidia/

or

For any ATi GPU:
http://www.steampowered.com/ati_offer1a/
May need to disable 'adblock' to view that page.

And that works fine for GE:S

Orange Box SDK, thats what you need. We run on the Orange Box Engine now. Other mods who don't, run on the standard Source Engine, and you need the regular SDK Base for that. Sounds confusing I know, but don't blame us, that's VALVe and Steam's issue.

If you downloaded the regular SDK, you should be able to download the Orange Box SDK or Orange Box SDK Base, in your tools menu.

Everyone I've talked to says it auto installs SDK Base orange box if its not installed on start. So should really contact VALVe.
