After comparison, it's pretty close, but definately not there yet. Everything that needs changed is pretty small stuff, but I bet you know how much the small stuff makes a difference.

The basic shape of the nose is mostly right, but his nostrils are far too big, make them a little shorter as far as how far out they go. They should also be slightly narrower. The bridge of the nose is a little weird with the real life version of him. It goes in before the cartilage, instead of out like most people. The bottom is is sticking out too much on the sides, make that a smoother match with the part that connects to the chin. The eyes are a little too small, and too sunken. Poof out the upper eyelid a little too. He also needs to have some monster ears, it looks like in this picture that they reach to his upper lip.

Really good model though, looks pretty close but couldn't fully fully decide until its ingame or textured.

Valentin looks excellent, the only thing I'd suggest is making that bottom lip a tad smaller.
