Absolutely, with the introduction of round based gameplay, full support for team modes, and custom LUA gameplays you can do whatever you want to setup your tournament.
I will be including tournament esque features at some point such as wait time BEFORE a round starts, all ready, shit like that. Although i don't think it will be a priority until right before release since thats going to be copied right from HL2's code (its buried in the SDK)
