When I try to make a server with a third-party map, there are ammo boxes but no weapons. Examples are cr_casino, citadel2007v3, siberia and so on. How can I enable them?

In GE:S Beta 1 you need to have a wepaon loadout file.

For ge_lafayette, ge_siberia, and ge_citadel

you get get them all from here;

As far as cr_casino I don't have a download link or a loadout, or If the creator wants it to be open to all of the public for other servers.

Then just put the maps in the maps folder and the loadout .txt file in the loadouts folder
