Source SDK Base not in STEAM tools list

I followed the wiki but when I needed to download Source SDK base, it wasn't in the tools section in STEAM. Help please

Have you brought (i.e. paid for not got for free) at least one source game? If you havnt you dont have source sdk base (the ati offer gives you hl2 but not sdk base).

There is no ATI offer anymore. But yea, it wasn't included. get a source game, HL2DM is only $4.99. The best deal you ever get.
You not only get the HL2 DM, you can explore the whole world of HL2 mods then.
