Google Chrome

<< < (6/9) > >>

Cyan:
I would expect that chrome is more likely to get people out of IE, since one of it's advantages over Firefox and Safari is that people who would not consider them (probably not hearing of them) might consider google's. Since they advertised the beta on their homepage, If they start doing version releases they might announce that too.

But good news for everyone on speed, the latest builds of webkit (code that will eventually end up in safari) and firefox all look like dramatic improvements, poor IE8 sill looks like no improvement in speed over version 7.

i still think its crap compared to firefox

Rodney 1.666:
IE lacks too many thing of Firefox.
IE will never be as good as Firefox.
IE is obsolete to Firefox.
IE < Firefox!

I don't understand what people don't get about this!

Cyan:
the only advantages I am aware of.

IE is their on every windows box
~70% market-share (Progressively loosing this one)
Active Directory Integration for enterprise intranets

We're talking about Google Chrome, not Internet Explorer.
