Well just wanted to know what happend to getting monthly updates? last one was March? When are we getting the next update? how long till the next beta? cmon man im itching to get this going again,

The work i do (the 1.1 patches) has nothing to do with the mod team it self. I left along time ago and im just supporting the first beta. What i think he wants is the offical update news from the proper version.

Yeah, I've been wondering where those monthly updates have been too... at this point I just assume that they're getting things done that they announced that they were going to do in the March update, porting stuff to the orange box engine. They probably just haven't had any extremely new or significant updates or new content since then.

Well, not much is really going on right now.  Most of the art team is too busy with work and life to be able to work on the mod right now.  A few of the level designers are working on their levels, and KM is working on the code when he can.  Thats about it.

Thats really sad to hear. I mean cant we just donate some money to get you off your asses and do it? so many people are waiting for this mod to get finished. What more could be important in life than making this game 100% unless someone passes away then i can understand that. I have about 9 Forums that i go to any nobody will play this mod untill its finished and running 100%. im willing to donate $2000 if u can get this finished by October/November.

What more could be important in life than making this game 100% unless someone passes away then i can understand that. I have about 9 Forums that i go to any nobody will play this mod untill its finished and running 100%. im willing to donate $2000 if u can get this finished by October/November.

Unfortunately we can't take donations due to the reasons posted by Doc.NO .   Even if we could, I don't think it would be a good idea to bring money into it, that usually causes more problems than it solves. 

There are a lot of things more important in life, work/career, friends, family, significant others, other hobbies, etc.

Save the money, donate some server's when the mod is finished.

Yep, what they said money can't get involved with this mod. But it's very flattering for you to pledge 2000 dollars for it to be released earlier : )


Anyways many of us are still working so progress is being made.
